We are a local Mexican-Midtown Toronto family who shares a profound, non-negotiable love for authentic Mexican brunch. For us, nothing beats the comfort, flavour, and pure joy of a perfectly prepared plate of Chilaquiles.

Our story, however, started with a universal problem: The Soggy Chilaquiles Dilemma.

For years, whenever we ordered delivery chilaquiles, they arrived tired. The chips were sad and soft, the salsa had soaked in too long, and the vibrant crunch that makes chilaquiles special was entirely lost. We were paying for a premium brunch experience and receiving a mediocre, lukewarm meal.

We knew there had to be a better way to bring this traditional comfort food—fresh and crunchy—into Toronto homes.

Our "Aha!" Moment: The Build-Your-Own Kit

In 2023, while gathering in our kitchen, the idea hit us: The ultimate freshness comes from the ultimate control.

What if we didn't send a finished meal, but a meticulously curated, Build-Your-Own Chilaquiles Kit? We envisioned a system where we prepared the freshest, most authentic components, but you, the customer, did the final assembly. That final "pour and create" ensures maximum flavor and the absolute perfect crunch, every single time.

This led to the creation of our signature transparent containers, designed to beautifully showcase the freshness and quality of every single ingredient. We wanted you to see the vibrant reds of our smoky Salsa Roja and the bright, zesty greens of our Salsa Verde before you even opened the lid.

• Our Extra-Crunchy Corn Totopos are made from scratch and vacuum-sealed immediately.

• Our Signature Salsas (Roja and Verde) are simmered in small batches.

• We use premium toppings like Crema Mexicana, Crumbling Queso Fresco, and Pickled Red Onions, all prepared daily.

• Your protein (chicken, egg, or steak) is cooked to perfection and packaged with care.
